- Joe’s Diner – best breakfast spot, located in downtown Blacksburg on Main St.
- Blacksburg Tavern – serving the best Southern cooking & great historical building. Be sure to ask the owner about who painted the murals and how he came to own the tavern.
- Hokie House – best burgers around, located in a bar setting in downtown Blacksburg
- Gardner’s Grill – great spot for inside and outside dining, located right behind the best ice cream in town at…

- Our Daily Bread – hands down best pastries around but great breakfast and lunch menu too
